Day 04: DAMBULLA/SIGIRIYA/POLONNARUWA(Approximately – 1.30hrs)
After breakfast at hotel, proceed to Sigiriya to Climb The Sigiriya Rock Fortress

In the Evening Proceed to Polonnaruwa City Tour.
Polonnaruwa, which was the 2nd capital city of ancient Sri Lanka, established the 11th and 12th centuries AD, and which a World heritage site is. The ruin of the royal palace, the Galvinaraya where 4 splendid statues of the Buddha in “Upright”, senentary and recumbent postures carved out of rock could be seen here. The other important places to visit are the Audience hall, the Lotus bath, the statue of King Parakramabahu and the Parakrama Samudraya built by King Parakramabhahu the great. Day 05: DAMBULLA / KANDY(Approximately –2.15hrs)

Day 06: KANDY / PERADENIYA / KANDY(Approximately – 20Min)
After breakfast at the hotel proceed to Royal Botnical Garden in Peradeniya.
Royal Botanical Gardens – Peradeniya – 147 acres in extent; started in 1374 as a pleasure garden of the kings of Gampola and Kandy. There are more than 5,000 species of trees, plants and creepers. Some rare and endemic as well as flora from the tropical world are found in the gardens. Spice Garden and Orchid House are popular with tourists. There are 5 palm avenues beautifying the gardens, the earliest and tallest plan avenue (Royal Palm Avenue) was planted in 1905 and the double coconuts from the Seashells Island, with the largest seed of all plants in the world is one such avenue.

Day 09 :ELLA / YALA(Approximately – 2.15hrs)

Yala National Park is situated in the south-east region of Sri Lanka and is the 2nd largest National Park in the island, situated some 300 km away from Colombo. It was at first established in the early 1890s as a game sanctuary. The park is located in the dry-zone region where the drought season is very long .The day time average temperature is over 30 degrees which is not uncommon in the region. The parkland makes up most of the reserve but also includes lakes, beaches, jungle, rivers and scrubland. This variety in habitats provides an excellent range in wildlife. The largest concentration of Leopards can be seen in this region though the chances of seeing this animal are very low, and the creature is said to be one of the most endangered species. About 32 species of mammals, 125 species of birds and many reptiles and lagoon fauna species have been recorded in the park. The Yala National Park is famous among visitors as the best place to view large mammals within one territory.
