Buddhist Temple (KalutaraBodhiya)
The KalutaraBodhiya is a most historic symbol of Buddhism in Kalutara Sri lanka. kalutara bodiya and Kalu ganga Sri lanka, The venerated Bodhi Tree lies in the UdaMaluva or the high ground of the sacred area. It is called one of the most venerated religious place in Sri Lanka and hundreds of Buddhists visit this religious place daily.
 

Holy- Cross Church- Kalutara
The holy-Cross church is a notable landmark in Kalutara. If you are ever come to Kalutara and if you are staying there or passing by, you can visit this church. The church stands on an elevated site and faces the ocean, offering some great coastal views. The inside of the church is just as impressive with its high roof providing a vast space with distinctive arches, stained glass windows on top and across with the crucified Christ in the central part above the altar.
 

Hindu Temple
Sri Lanka comprises with different religious people. So Kalutara has several Hindu Kovils, places of worship of the significant Tamil minority, celebrating pooja rituals regularly. The inside of the kovil indicates high towers and colorful statues of a variety of deities.
